BAUR cali, the new calibrator for PD measuring systems
The new BAUR cali device is a calibrator for PD measuring systems, which is pre-calibrated in the factory according to DAkkS for maximum accuracy. The new calibration device covers a wide charge range from 100 pC to 50 nC and thus replaces not one, but two predecessor devices from BAUR. Operators no longer need to think about which calibrator they need to carry with them. The BAUR cali provides positive or negative pulses for calibrating measurement systems such as the BAUR PD-TaD 62, PD-TaD 80, or comparable PD measuring systems.
The compact, robust housing of the BAUR cali is dust and splash-proof. The lightweight device is intuitive to use and its backlit display is easy to read in all light conditions. The lithium-ion battery, which can be charged via a USB-C port, provides enough capacity to last several weeks of typical use. This makes the BAUR cali a convenient calibration solution for mobile PD measuring systems as well as those integrated in test vans. The BAUR cali is supplied with a transport bag, which also contains two 1.5 m long leads (red and black) and crocodile clips in matching colours.
