In addition to classic craftsmanship, HEPP's in-house workshop utilises state-of-the-art technology: Using a 3D printer, the experts now offer the option of customising selected products with individual, tactile labelling made of solid stainless steel. Stainless steel is ideal for additive manufacturing and is also durable and extremely hygienic. The material offers the perfect basis for other finishing options such as silver or gold plating. Now there is nothing standing in the way of customizing an elegant silver-plated champagne bowl with a 3D logo. The work of the "Service & Repair" department is highly regarded by customers from all over the world and is clearly a unique selling point in the industry. After all, the upmarket restaurant and hotel industry continues to attach great importance to top-quality silverware and customised design.
