With the Dibas smart, WIESHEU is consistently continuing the success story of the Dibas product family. As a further development of the tried-and-tested Dibas blue2 premium hot-air oven, it is on a par with it in terms of baking performance, energy efficiency and user-friendliness. At the same time, the Dibas smart focuses on a particularly attractive price-performance ratio without compromising on quality-relevant features or increasing the workload for store staff. The Dibas smart offers a conventional but shortened swing door instead of the door that would otherwise disappear into the side of the oven. This variant not only takes into account the sometimes tight space conditions during in-store baking, but also reduces energy loss when opening the oven. The compact Dibas smart owes its flexibility of use to its modular design: depending on requirements, a Dibas smart S and Dibas smart L, or alternatively two Dibas smart S, can be combined. A version with up to two deck ovens is also possible. All integrated ovens are controlled centrally via a 7-inch touch display. The heart of the Dibas product family, the WIESHEU hygienic baking chamber, also ensures an even baking result with the Dibas smart thanks to perfect flow conditions and gives corrosion and dirt no chance thanks to its special design. In addition, the economical combination artist is equipped with other Dibas features such as the longitudinal infeed, LED lighting and the automatic cleaning system. A loading system for fast loading and unloading is also available.
Performance meets flexibility
When it comes to performance and flexibility, the Dibas smart is impressive across the board. Seven fan speeds in the convection oven ensure perfect baking results at the POS, while the top and bottom heat in the deck oven produces a perfect crust. The steaming system also impresses with short heat-up times and optimized heat and steam distribution when it is needed. Thanks to its modular design, the baking system can be ideally adapted to individual customer requirements: As a combination of the Dibas smart S and L hot-air ovens, the baking station offers space for up to 15 trays and therefore has a total baking area of more than 3.5 square meters. For branch bakers who do not want to choose between the hot air and deck oven baking systems, a combination with up to two deck ovens for standing heat and a smart deck is also possible. This variant is ideal for pretzel pastries, bread, tarte flambée and pizza, for example.
Smart concept - easy handling
In addition to operating costs, efficient workflows at the POS are a key criterion for in-store bakers. In this context, the Dibas smart impresses with its easy-to-use 7-inch color display. The baking programs can be programmed individually according to the respective needs of the business. The user interface is designed so that skilled and semi-skilled staff in the store can start the relevant program with a single click - guaranteeing a short training period. The specially hardened glass front of the touch display ensures stability and reliability in daily use.
Fast, safe loading and unloading, easy cleaning
If the Dibas smart is equipped with the optionally available WIESHEU loading system, loading and unloading the baking chambers is even easier and safer. The employees can load the baking trays in advance and do not come into direct contact with the hot baking trays during loading and unloading. In addition, the loading system supports the protected transportation of baked goods from the POS to the oven or display. If the output is to be increased, several loading systems can be used. Another advantage: The loading system cassettes can be easily cleaned directly in the oven thanks to the ProClean automatic cleaning system with cartridges for cleaning and rinsing or LiquidClean with liquid detergent and connected tank solution.
