WIESHEU presents comprehensive solutions for in-store baking at EuroShop 2026

Maximum performance where it counts

EuroShop – 22 to 26 February 2026 – Messe Düsseldorf (Hall 13 / C86)

As a pioneer in in-store baking, WIESHEU has been developing baking technologies for use at the point of sale for more than five decades and is the international market leader in the industry. At EuroShop 2026, the company will be highlighting its expertise as a comprehensive provider of scalable concepts for in-store baking with a range of exhibits – from compact, versatile baking systems for shops focusing on baked goods and snacks to highly automated solutions for in-store baking in food retail. ‘The requirements for in-store baking in the future go far beyond the oven. In Düsseldorf, we will be demonstrating how innovative oven technologies, automation concepts and digital solutions can be optimally integrated to make processes at the point of sale more efficient while ensuring the highest baking quality and optimal product availability,’ emphasises WIESHEU Managing Director Marcus Gansloser. In addition to food retail, this applies wherever speed is of the essence, even during peak times with high customer traffic – including transport catering – whether at rest stops, train stations or airports.

The spotlight at Euroshop will be on the modular system solution ‘hi, bread’ mini for automating in-store baking, as well as the Dibas smart baking system, which scores highly in branch stores with its flexibility and attractive price-performance ratio. The company is also presenting the space-saving E3, which can be equipped with up to 18 trays, and the compact Mix’n’Match unit, a two-in-one solution for producing fresh baked goods and tasty snacks in a very small space. WIESHEU is highlighting the digital dimension of in-store baking at EuroShop with the Wnet software solution for oven management across branches and countries.

‘hi, bread’ – efficient baking automation right in the shop
With ‘hi, bread’ mini, WIESHEU presents a groundbreaking modular system solution for automated in-store baking in food retail. The combination of powerful baking technology and an intelligent automation concept ensures a demand-oriented supply of fresh baked goods at the point of sale and guarantees high product availability even in high-traffic markets. At the same time, the automated baking process reduces the workload on staff, increases product quality and optimises energy consumption. For food retailers, this means greater cost-effectiveness through reduced overproduction and lower operating costs while maintaining consistently high, standardised product quality across all locations. The system has a modular design and can be adapted to the available space, baking capacity, degree of automation and budget. The entry-level model is ‘hi, bread’ mini, which focuses on reducing the workload on staff and process control. For chain stores with higher automation requirements, further expansion stages are available, such as camera systems, automated shelf stocking or, in the future, AI-supported sales forecasts that optimise product availability and stocks until closing time.

Dibas smart – a versatile oven combination with a system
The Dibas smart is designed as an economical ‘versatile combination oven’ for use in branch shops and combines high baking quality with an attractive price-performance ratio. With its shortened swing door, it not only takes into account the limited space in shops, but also reduces energy loss when opening the oven. The compact Dibas smart owes its flexibility to its modular design. For example, the combination of Dibas smart S and L offers space for up to 15 trays, giving it a total baking area of more than 3.5 square metres. Branch bakers who do not want to choose between convection and deck oven baking systems can add the smart deck oven. This creates a baking station that combines convection with top and bottom heat and expands the range of baked goods in the branch. All integrated ovens are programmed and operated centrally via a 7-inch touch display. The user interface is designed so that both skilled and semi-skilled staff in the shop can start the respective programme with just one click. The optionally available loading system ensures fast loading and unloading.

E3 – Space champion for greater output
With the E3, WIESHEU presents a true ‘space champion’ for in-store baking, which impresses with maximum capacity and efficient use of resources. The oven unit offers space for up to 18 trays, enabling significantly higher output with fewer baking processes. Equipped with high-quality insulation and triple glazing on the door, the E3 achieves a top energy balance and keeps heat and energy consumption per baked good low. Efficient processes are ensured by the optional loading system and the automatic cleaning system, which can be operated either with individual cartridges (ProClean) or an annual supply (ProClean365).

Mix&Match baking unit – fresh baked goods and snacks
WIESHEU offers the perfect introduction to the snack business with its energy-efficient Mix&Match baking unit. It combines the Minimat 43 S in-store oven from WIESHEU with the Atollspeed 300T plus high-speed oven. The plug-in station with a 230-volt connection bakes, heats and regenerates a wide range of baked goods and snacks anywhere, without complicated installation and with maximum flexibility. This makes it ideal for space-saving use in smaller shops, convenience stores, petrol stations or chain restaurants. The Minimat reliably delivers baking quality for rolls, croissants and pastries, while the Atollspeed regenerates chilled and frozen snacks in record time. To do this, the Atollspeed combines impingement and microwave technology to freshly prepare crispy pizzas, pinsas and many other snacks in 30-90 seconds from the refrigerator and in two to three minutes from the freezer.

Wnet – smart oven networking across branches and locations
In Düsseldorf, WIESHEU will also be presenting its Wnet software solution, which enables centralised management of ovens across branches and countries. Transparent usage data, clear dashboards and centralised control options make baking processes plannable, daily operations structured and optimisation potential visible. In day-to-day business, Wnet supports product range changes, seasonal promotions and regional adjustments, which can be prepared centrally and rolled out to specific branches. Standardised workflows, defined programme settings and clear authorisations reduce operating errors, stabilise processes and increase the efficiency of the teams in the branches. At the same time, Wnet acts as an efficient maintenance and service tool: the connection to existing databases simplifies data management, current operating data speeds up diagnostics, and remote updates keep the ovens up to date without on-site intervention.
For full data sovereignty, Wnet operates in the customer's server environment. This allows customers to retain control over data, roles and access rights. Centralised approvals and rollouts of firmware and programmes are traceable and compliant with compliance requirements.
