New 3260 notebook ensures mobility without boundaries

AVERATEC UK, an emerging leader in innovative mobile computing products, has now launched a new range of 3260 Thin&Light note-books. With a handy 12”1 display at only 2kg, the 3260 serves as the ideal travel companion.



The notebook’s interior provides users with mobility anytime including integrated 802.11g WLAN standard and 3 high-speed USB 2.0 ports. These can charge mobile gadgets such as mobile phones or MP3 players even when the notebook is switched off. The new Averatec notebook demonstrates Averatec’s commitment to make mobile working more accessible for users. At a price of £695, the Thin&Light notebook is equipped with a 3:1 Card Reader and an AMD Mobile Sempron™ 2800+ processor plus Enhanced PowerNow!™ technology ensuring quick and easy connection when travelling.



The new 3260 notebook comes with standard multi-format DVD Dual (+/-) burner as well as a working memory of 512 MB and storage of 60 GB. That way, the Averatec Thin&Light notebooks offer all the

amenities the wide-screen counterparts do. Their advantage, however, is their slim line format, offering professional features at consumer prices. In addition to an attractive price, the notebooks also look the part. A Magnesium coated housing is not only visually more attractive but is also more scratch and impact resistant compared to the commonly used plastic housings.
